Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned APP for the State. By this application, the Applicant is seeking temporary bail for the period between 22nd March 2017 to 22nd April 2017 in order to enable him to appear for TYBA (second Term) examination. The Applicant had earlier made similar applications and was granted temporary bail on various occasions for attending the examinations. There are no allegations that the Applicant had misused his liberty. 2.

The Applicant is student. His appeal is pending since 2012. It is not likely that the appeal would be heard within a short time. In these circumstances, we allow the application for release of the Applicant on temporary bail in order to enable him patilsr 1 / 2

to appear for TYBA (Second Term) examination commencing from 22nd March 2017 and ending on 22nd April 2017. Accordingly, the Applicant's substantive sentence of imprisonment is temporarily suspended and the Applicant be released on bail of cash surety of Rs.10,000/- in the trial Court. The Applicant be released on temporary bail from 22nd March 2017 to 22nd April 2017 and the Applicant shall surrender his bail bond on 23rd April 2017. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
