2/2 918&44 is present in the Court today, states that the charge-sheet in the said case will be filed on 19th March, 2016. The said statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by learned APP, on instructions, the learned counsel for both the applicants do not press the applications and seek leave to withdraw the aforesaid applications with liberty to file an appropriate application in the Sessions Court, after filing of the chargesheet. 3.

Applications are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that the applications have not been considered on merits and if an application, after filing of the charge sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid applications.
