P.C.:- Prayer in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for quashing the charge sheet filed for offences punishable under sections 364, 341, 342, 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Petitioners are not relying upon any document which is not a part of the charge sheet. Therefore, the Petitioner has a remedy available to apply for discharge. By keeping open the said remedy, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 2.

All contentions, which are raised in the Petition are expressly kept open.
