After hearing the respective counsel, the parties have agreed for the following order by way of interim relief for the ensuing academic year :- "1.

Shri Anantrao Kulkarni English Medium School, Warulwadi, Narayangaon, Pune agrees to admit the Petitioner No.3 - Krushna Prashant Jadhav in the 6th Standard on the payment of fees by a private sponsor

The concerned Education Officer and the aforesaid School shall permit the Petitioner No.3 to appear for his upcoming exams.

The aforesaid arrangement is made, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in relation to future Academic Years, which shall be determined on merits in future."
