On hearing the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition as the Petitioner's representation referring to the promotion issue dated 11.08.2015 is still pending for consideration with Respondent No.2-Corporation. We are inclined to direct the Respondent to decide the said representation in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within six weeks. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Order accordingly. No costs.
