Learned APP, on instructions from Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, submitted that the Petitioner has been convicted by Trial Court and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for twelve years. That, the Petitioner has been transferred to Nashik Road Central Prison to undergo sentence of imprisonment on 2nd February 2022.

In view thereof, present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
