This is an application for withdrawal of amount of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited by respondent No.2 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1870 of 2015.

The applicant is the first informant in C.R.No.I-280 of 2015 registered with Wagle Estate Police Station under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

Respondent No.2/original accused has been duly served. None appears for respondent No.2 despite services.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the condition that the applicant shall furnish an undertaking before this Court that in the event of any adverse order passed by the Court of competent jurisdiction, applicant shall bring back the said amount without any demur and protest.
