By this Civil Application the Applicant has sought to recall the order dated 14th February 2017, whereby the Civil Application No.41 of 2017 was dismissed for default.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent has submitted that the Applicant has not made out sufficient cause for restoring the application.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent and having perused the averments made in para No.5 of the Application, in my considered view sufficient grounds are made out for recalling the order and for restoring the Civil Application No.41 of 2017. 4.

Hence, the order dated 14th February,2017 is recalled. Civil Application No.41 of 2017 stands restored.
