This application is for fixing the Writ Petition No.1699 of 2017 for final disposal expeditiously. The Applicant in this application was the original Respondent No.1. The petition was admitted vide order dated 23/07/2018. Rule was made returnable on 17/09/2018. However, the petition was not finally decided. While granting Rule, this Court had granted liberty to the Respondent to move for early disposal of the petition. Accordingly, this application is filed for expeditious disposal of the petition.
