This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, on account of High Power Committee Guidelines issued due to pandemic of Covid-19, the applicant has been released on parole and after the Judgment of conviction and he is at liberty. The applicant has been convicted vide Judgment and order dated 21st January, 2020. Since the applicant is on parole, this application is disposed of with liberty to prefer fresh application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail as and when the applicant surrenders to custody on expiry of parole granted to him.
