Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks the following substantive relief;
"(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ thereby directing Respondent No.2 to forthwith hear and decide the Revision Application filed by the petitioner under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (being Exhibit "C" hereto) and preferably within a period of 4 (four) weeks or within such time as this Hon'ble Court finds proper."

It appears that the petitioner has filed a Revision Application before the respondent No.2 i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, State of Maharashtra in February, 2020. The grievance of the petitioner is, that the said Revision Application has neither been heard nor decided by the respondent No.2, till date.

Considering the aforesaid, we request the respondent No.2 - The Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, State of Maharashtra, to decide the Revision Application filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
It is made clear, that we have not gone into the merits of this petition. All contentions of all parties are kept open. 6.
The petition is allowed and is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
