Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. On instructions from Mr. Udhhav Nabaji Shelar who is the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 8251 of 2012, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions. He, however, submits that the Petitioners desire to make an application before the Appropriate Authority.
