1] The limited relief claimed in the above Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner, which is pending from 2016 expeditiously. 2] The Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six weeks from today. 3] Needless to state that if validity is granted in favour of the family member of the Petitioner, the same shall be taken into consideration while deciding the claim in view of the law laid down by BGP.
