2] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.207 of 2022 registered with Shikrapur Police Station, District Pune for the offences punishable under Section 328 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 65-E of the Bombay Prohibition Act.

3] Nature of allegations against the Applicant in the prosecution story is that of production of illegal liquor. Report of Chemical Analyser is adverse to the interest of the Applicant and as such there is enough material which warrants his custodial interrogation. That being so, Application stands rejected.
