Learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in C.C. No.30/PW/2018 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate 12th Court, Bandra, Mumbai and is sentenced to suffer three years of imprisonment. That, the Petitioner has now been transferred to Yerwada Central Prison, Pune on 21st June 2021 for undergoing sentence. 2.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
