DATED : 4th JULY, 2022 P.C:- On 23/03/2022 the applicant was admitted to interim bail by recording a prima facie case in his favour. The applicant has reported to the investigating officer as directed and it is not the case of the learned APP that he did not cooperate.

The learned counsel Mr. Venegaonkar state that on completion of investigation the charge-sheet is now filed. since the material against the present applicant is already collated in the charge-sheet, his custodial interrogation is not warranted. Ashish Mhaske
