By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 83 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 14.06.2016 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in Claim Application No. 1093 of 2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is Sneha Chavan 1/2
