The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners after arguing for sometime seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition by making a statement that the Petitioners would comply with the order dated 24.10.2016 by furnishing their present residential address to the Trial Court within seven days from date. In view of the said assurance, the Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
