Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The learned APP submitted that the Bail Application of the applicant has been rejected by the learned Special Judge in Special SCST Case No. 214 of 2023, as an offence punishable under section 3(2) (vi-a) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has also been invoked. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to prefer an appeal under section 14A of the Act, 1989.
