Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the affidavit filed by Mr.Sandip Dayaram Golait, Joint Commissioner, Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik. 2.

The Respondent-Committee has passed an order disposing of the claim of the Petitioner on 25 February 2019 and a certificate of validity is issued on 25 February 2019. Considering the explanation given in the affidavit tendered we do not find that the delay caused is willful or deliberate. Furthermore, unconditional apology is tendered. In the circumstances, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
