The learned APP submits that in the present case, the trial has commenced. The examination-in-chief of the complainant is concluded. The complainant has to be cross-examined. The learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Thane shall make an every endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence in MCOC Case No.8 of 2013, as far as possible, within nine months after the conclusion of cross-examination of the complainant. 2.
