The Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the Caste Scrutiny Committee has decided the caste claim of the petitioner during the pendency of this petition. Thus, the order of which breach is alleged, is complied with, though belatedly. No case is made out to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
