Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The learned APP on instructions submits that the police would file a report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today. Depending upon the nature of the report that would be filed by the police, the Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate Court by filing appropriate proceedings.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State, nothing survives in this Petition. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
