In view of the fact that the Petitioner has a remedy by way of Second Revision before the State Government against the impugned order dated 22-8-2013 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of. Since the issue is as regards the Petitioner's share to be carved out pursuant to the decree passed by the Civil Court, the Revisionary Authority may dispose of the said Revision Application if filed, expeditiously.
