The learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the appellant has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith the interest accrued thereon, which was granted by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai by the judgment and order dated 4.8.2016 in Claim Application No.1994 of 2012. The learned Counsel has therefore submitted that the operation and execution of the impugned order be stayed.
