Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. Learned counsel for the complainant however submitted that the learned trial Court ought not to have granted bail to the applicant during the pendency of the application for Anticipatory Bail before this Court. It is submitted that pending this application, while the interim order was granted by this Court, charge - sheet has been filed against the applicant, and, he has been granted bail by the competent Court. However, since the applicant has shown to have been arrested and granted bail, this application will have to be disposed of. Complainant will be at liberty to initiate appropriate
