The Petitioners claimed to be the members of Kanakia Park Cooperative Housing Society. Various prayers have been sought primarily relating to grievance about pendency of Appeals. There are four Appeals mentioned in the prayer Clause i.e. Appeal No.166 of 2021, 186 of 2021, 54 of 2022 and Revision Application No.93 of 2022. The prayer is that the Appeals may be disposed of in time bound period. The learned AGP states that as far as the Revision No.93 of 2022 is concerned, the same is due on 11 January 2024. If the Appeals are pending and are due for hearing with all procedural compliances fulfilled, then the Appellate Authority will list the same for argument. If the arguments are not yet concluded then they be conclude within a period of two months. If the arguments are concluded, then order be passed thereupon within a period of three months. We have issued these directions only as a matter of administrative discipline, without commenting on the merits of the rival contentions.
