Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. It is submitted across the bar that there is no any order passed by the concerned Court. The Petitioner has filed this Petition challenging the Notice No.308/DV/ 2018 dated 16/10/2018 issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, Andheri, Mumbai. Since the Petitioner will have an opportunity to contest the proceedings before the same Court, this Court is not entertaining this Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands rejected. Needless to state that all the contention raised on merits are kept open for being agitated at the appropriate stage before the said Court.
