The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, Borivali, Mumbai vide order dated 23rd January, 2019 directed to hand over interim custody of Innova Car bearing registration no. MH 47 AB6869, seized in Crime No. 372/2018 to Ms. Rashmi Dahanukar, owner of car, against the bond in the sum of Rs. 30 Lakhs. This order has been challenged by the Petitioner-Accused. In my view, the learned Magistrate committed no error in exercise of 1/2
