P.C.:- By order dated 3 rd October, 2016 this Court had directed suspension of execution of substantive sentence subject to depositing sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in Appellate Court within a period of three weeks. By order dated 3 rd October, 2017 time to deposit the said amount was extended by a period of one week.

The learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has already been deposited. He has placed on record copy of the receipt dated 9 th October, 2017, which is taken on Megha 1/2

50_appw_139_2017.doc record and marked 'x' for identification. The copy of the said receipt indicates that Rs.1,00,000/- has been deposited before the Appellate Court.

In view of above, since the order dated 3 rd October, 2016 stands complied with, no further order.
