The present petition for lodging First Information Report is not maintainable.

Record indicates that, the statement of Petitioner has already been recorded by the Police in F.I.R. No.293 of 2020 registered with BKC Police Station, Mumbai.

In view thereof, we do not feel it necessary to direct Police for recording fresh crime on the basis of complaint of the Petitioner. 4.

Petitioner will be at liberty to adopt appropriate legal remedy, if so advised and as may be permissible under law. 5.
