We note from the record that when the Writ Petition No.5107 of 2021 was listed before the coordinate bench of this Court on 28th March 2023, none appeared for the Petitioners.

Tauseef 12-IA.2583.2023.doc Thereafter, again on 19th July 2023, it was listed before us, the Petitioners were not represented. Again on 26th July 2023, the Petitioners were not represented. On 2nd August 2023, again the Petitioners were not represented. However, at 2.30 p.m., an appearance was made by Mr. Deshmukh on behalf of the Advocate for the Petitioners. As a matter of last chance, the proceedings were adjourned to 9th August 2023. Again today, when the petition is listed for hearing, Petitioners are not represented. It appears to us that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute this petition.

Mr. Lengare has appeared for the Applicants in the Interim Application No.2583 of 2023 which is fled for intervention. The Petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
