1) This is an application through jail seeking bail in Sessions Case No. 79 of 2011 and 2 of 2012. Advocate appointed for the applicant is not present. Learned APP, upon instructions makes a statement that in fact Sessions Case No. is 303 of 2011 instead of 2 of 2012 and that 10 witnesses are examined in Sessions Case No. 303 of 2011. Sessions Court shall verify the Sessions Case No. Report filed by P.S.I. of Safala police station is silent about progress of trial in Sessions Case No. 79 of 2011. Report further shows that applicant herein is a habitual offender and it is likely that he would misuse the grant of bail and hence has prayed that application seeking bail be rejected. 2) Be that as it may, since the substantial recording of evidence is over, ism
