Petitioner's apprehension is that respondent no. 2 is roaming outside inspite of the fact that he has been convicted for life. It is further petitioner's apprehension that respondent no. 2 is misusing his liberty. An affidavit has been filed by Mr. Kaustubh Hari Kurlekar, Dy. Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. In Para 8, it is contended that the Jail Administration will continuously monitor if there is any violation of conditions of parole, furlough rules and in case any violation is noticed, appropriate steps will be taken. In view of the same, Petition is disposed of.
