This is the Appellant's Civil Application seeking stay. 2.

The Appellant is the original Plaintiff. The Suit was for a declaration of title and recovery of possession. The learned Judge held that the Plaintiff had failed to establish title to the premises. Because on that basis the Suit came to be dismissed. 3.

As far as the Application for stay is concerned, no order is possible except to observe, and this goes without saying, that any 30th June 2017
