The Petitioner in person has addressed us in respect of the order passed by the Division Bench on 7 October 2022. By this order the Division Bench has dismissed the writ petition after recording certain factual position.

In application the learned counsel for the Applicant/original Petitioner clarifies that the application is not for review. That being the position, if the applicant has any fresh cause of action it is always open to the Applicant to take such steps as warranted in law.

With that clarification, keeping the contentions of the parties open, the application is disposed of.
