Perused the mediation report. It appears that the parties have settled the dispute and accordingly have entered into Consent Term before the Mediator. The same are taken on record and marked `X' for identification along with the copy of the Consent Terms filed by the parties. 2.
In view of the report of the Mediator the petition does not survive. The parties shall take appropriate steps to place the said Consent Terms on record before the Family Court so as to enable the Family Court to pass appropriate orders.
