Heard Mr. Malik, learned Counsel for the applicant/Petitioner and Ms. Lakdawala-Kadri, learned Counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 23rd February, 2018 by which the Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Ms. Lakdawala-Kadri strenuously opposed the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is made out for recalling the order. I have considered her submissions. I have also perused the application. A perusal of the order dated 23rd February, 2018 shows that even the respondent was not represented when the matter was called out. That apart, no reply was filed opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, C.A. is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court.
