P.C. :- This application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail praying that a Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in Criminal Appeal No.1366 of 2011 which is pending in this Court. The Applicant in terms has stated that he does not desire to be represented by the Counsel who had been appointed by him for filing the Appeal. 2.

We accordingly allow this Application and direct that a Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the Applicant in the pending Criminal Appeal No. 1366 of 2011.
