Learned APP on instructions submitted that Petitioner has undergone 14 years of actual imprisonment and the Competent Authority will now reconsider the proposal of Petitioner in conformity with Government Resolution dated 3rd June 2017 issued on the occasion of 125th birth anniversary of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar. Said statement is accepted.

The impugned opinion dated 2nd December 2017 given by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara, is accordingly set aside and case of Petitioner is remanded back for its reconsideration to the MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2023.02.27 10:18:03 +0530 Competent Authority.
