The above Petition challenges the interim order passed by the Appellate Authority i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, Maharashtra State in an Appeal which is pending before it which Appeal has been filed against the order passed under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 i.e. the State Ms. Bane states that the Appeal has been heard on 18/6/2015 and has been closed for orders. If that be so, the Appellate Authority is directed to pronounce the order with reasonable despatch. With the aforesaid directions, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
