The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants pointed out that on 25 November 2015, charge-sheet has been filed. We find that earlier ad-interim order dated 26 September 2014 preventing the police from filing the charge-sheet was not extended after 16 February 2016. In view of filing of the charge-sheet, now the Applicants have a remedy available to approach the appropriate Court. By keeping open the said remedy and by keeping open all the contentions of the Applicants, the Application is disposed of.
