In the order passed by this Court on 30th September, 2016 in para 4 the direction was issued to the Collector, Thane as when the Petition was filed the matter was pending before the Collector, Thane. However, when the Petition was disposed of, the matter was already transferred to the Collector, Palghar. In the circumstances, we direct the Collector, Palghar to consider and take appropriate decision on Vishal Parekar 1/2

The Petitioner is permitted to produce the authenticated copy of this order before Collector, Palghar for compliance of the order.

The Collector, Palghar shall now decide the matter as directed within three months from today.

The order dated 30th September, 2016 is modified accordingly.
