The learned counsel for Respondent nos.3 and 4 on instruction submits that roaster has been forwarded to the BC Cell for verification. Upon the roaster being verified within 8 weeks, decision would be taken for appointment of the Petitioner. As the roaster is already forwarded, the BC Cell shall take decision upon the said roaster preferably within three months. After the decision is taken upon the roaster, further steps be taken by Respondent nos.3 and 4.
