Parties through their Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioners' proposal for approval sent by Respondent No.4 is pending before the Respondent No.3 since 27th January, 2015 and till date no decision has been taken by Respondent No.3. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that this Petition may be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the proposal sent by Respondent No.4, expeditiously.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer we dispose of this Petition without commenting on the merits of the matter by directing Respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal sent by the Respondent No.4 to him for grant of approval to Petitioners on the post of Assistant Teachers.

Let the decision as aforesaid be taken by the Respondent No.3 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The Petitioners to appear before the Respondent No.3 along with copy of this order on 13th October, 2016 at 12 noon.

The Petition is disposed of.
