By this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 7 March 2022, rejecting his nomination for the election to the Managing Committee of The Kadva Co-operative Sugar Karkhana Limited, Taluka-Dindori, District-Nashik.

By order dated 23 March 2022, Rule was issued in this Petition and by ad-interim order, the Petitioner was permitted to contest the election subject to the outcome of the Petition. The Petitioner contested the elections pursuant to the ad-interim order, but was defeated. The Petition is rendered infructuous. Questions of law raised in this Petition are kept open.
