Perused the order of this Court dated 25.11.2021. It is specifcally observed by the Division Bench of this Court in the Order dated 25.11.2021 that in view of the conduct of the petitioner, we have serious doubt whether there is any grave urgency as projected warranting an issuance of writ of habeas corpus. Then, the matter was adjourned to 12.01.2022 i.e. today and was further directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

Today also none appears for the petitioner. In view of the order of this Court dated 25.11.2021, we are left with no choice but to dismiss the petition. The petition stand dismissed.
