Pursuant to the order dated 20.09.2017 passed by this Court, the Court Receiver has taken possession of the suit premises on 22.09.2017. The Court Receiver submits a compliance report dated 25.09.2017 of Mr. Santosh Dhuri, who is a representative of the Court Receiver, is taken on record and marked as Exhibit -1. The Court Receiver is directed to handover the possession of the suit premises to the petitioner.

In view of the above, Contempt Petition is disposed of. 3.

The Court Receiver is discharged.
