Today, in the connected Contempt Petition (St) No.28354 of 2018 we have disposed of the same. The interim orders of this Court directing freezing of the account shall remain in force until clearance of the dues by respondent No.3 Bank. 2.

The present writ petition stands disposed of with direction that the petitioners trust have to comply with the undertaking filed in the connected Contempt Petition and on the satisfying of the dues of the bank, the account of the petitioner institution may be de-freezed.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
