Heard learned Counsel appointed for the applicant. Also heard learned APP on this application for bail preferred by the applicant/appellant in Criminal Appeal No.229 of 2014. This is a bail application preferred through jail. 2.

The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(g) of Section 324 read with Section 34 of IPC. He was so convicted along with another co-accused who 1 / 2

Considering the seriousness of the matter and considering the material available against the present applicant, it is not a case for grant of bail to him during pendency of the appeal. Bail Application is accordingly rejected and disposed of. 4.

All the three appeals to be listed for further directions on 17th August, 2015.
